To our employees – we have a responsibility to provide a safe, fair and positive work environment.
To our fellow family member shareholders – we have a responsibility to operate our business with integrity and produce a reasonable return on our investment.
I am particularly proud of the fourth generation family members who are now involved in the business and are embracing these responsibilities such that they consider it a privilege to carry on these family values for generations to come.
